We are excited to report that here has been a significant amount of civil works completed since out last update.
What’s been done?
All drainage, sewer, water and earthworks 95% complete
Light poles have been installed
All kerbing poured with base course crushed rock on the roads
3.5 km of footpath construction well under way
Electrical cabling installed and trenches backfilled
Across the next few weeks, our super fast fibre to premise NBN will be completed along with the completion of all concrete works.
Another significant milestone is asphalting works both internally and in Harpers Lane, scheduled for completion in late April / early May.
Did you know that we are also installing a water booster pump station that will ensure excellent pressure throughout the estate?
We are also proud to announce that the contract for the 1.6km of post and rail fence has been awarded to Polivin Fencing and is scheduled to commence in early June.
We will shortly be going to tender on the balance of the landscape works which among other things include:
550 large trees (mix of ornamental and native)
40,000 native plants within the wetlands and reserve
Feature picnic shelter overlooking wetlands
Manicured nature strips and reserves
