Ambrosia ‘We Pay Your Stamp Duty’ Terms & Conditions
At settlement the vendor will provide the purchaser with a rebate equal to the amount of land transfer (stamp) duty the purchaser is obliged to pay as a result of their purchase of the property. The amount of the rebate will be the amount set out as the ‘Duty amount payable’ in the ‘Stamp Duty’ tab of the PEXA settlement workspace.
